I purchased 29 handles on 1/17/2023 and received them on 2/3/23. They were packaged very well. The handles are absolutely beautiful! We ran into two minor issues. They come with an abundance of screws that are 3 different lengths. We had to countersink the screws for one of our handles and there wasn't a screw short enough. Sahil was willing to send us what we needed but we were able to cut off two of the screws. Of the 29 handles, there were two handles that had one hole a size larger than the other hole. We were able to find two larger screws in our junk drawer and they worked. The color of the handles is a gunmetal black/dark grey. It matches the color of my matte black Cafe' appliances. I love these handles! They look amazing on white and black cupboards. I highly recommend them and Sahil who is very responsive .
